Completion of the booking form and/or payment of the deposit is deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions of booking.
- A £100 non-refundable deposit is required in order for your stay to be secured. No dates are secure without a deposit being paid.
- The full amount of your holiday must be paid at least 8 WEEKS before your holiday start date, unless agreed otherwise. Should you book less than 8 weeks from your holiday start date then the full amount will be due upon booking. If the payment in full is not received by this date, the booking will be cancelled and the £100 non-refundable deposit will be retained
- The accommodation must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure and the keys returned to the allocated key safe box. Check in is from 3pm.
- The price of your holiday does not include any entertainment/facilities passes as these are sold separately by Away Resorts. If required, these can be purchased directly from us, prior to arrival.
- A refundable £100 bond is also payable on all bookings. This is due with the final balance to cover any loss or damage to the accommodation and/or its contents or the accommodation not be left in a tidy condition as found. At our discretion we reserve the right to deduct any loss or damage from this. This will be returned within 7-10 days of the departure date after the accommodation is checked and deemed to be left in an acceptable condition.
- Strictly no pets are allowed in the accommodation unless agreed otherwise or you will forfeit your bond
- Strictly no smoking or vaping is allowed in the accommodation or you will forfeit your bond.
- Strictly no groups under 21 years of age.
- On departure the accommodation must be left as found, in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage or damage to the accommodation or its contents during your stay.
- Gas and electric is included in the total cost of your holiday, we do however have a fair use policy with gas bottles. Should the gas bottle run out during your stay we would replace it ASAP. Please be aware that sometimes these cannot be delivered straight away. However, should you use the full replacement bottle during your stay we will not replace it unless there is a fault with the fittings. The electric fire should not be left on overnight or when the accommodation is left unattended.
- Should any instances occur where a member of your party are asked to leave the site, all the party will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
- Parents/Guardians have the responsibility of supervising any children at all times and to ensure their safety whilst in the accommodation.
- We cannot be held responsible for any issues beyond our control. If there are any issues with the site, please notify us and we will try our best to assist.
- Please be aware that nearby is the Coningsby air force base and jets and aircrafts do fly over the park. On occasions, this will involve night flying. If you find this uncomfortable during your stay a refund is not warranted and will not be given. If you wish to leave early, this is your choice and only the bond will be returned.
- Any changes or limitations to the sites entertainment or facilities at the park are beyond our control and we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for this.
- The maximum number of guests should not be exceeded at any one time. The accommodation is a 6 berth and only a maximum of 6 people are permitted to stay at any one time
- We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our accommodation. Please purchase your own holiday insurance, should you require it.
- All beds have mattress protectors which must NOT be removed at any time. Any mattresses, quilts, pillows, bed linen soiled or damaged in any way will be deducted from your bond.
- Any loss or damage discovered upon your arrival must be reported immediately otherwise you will be held responsible.
- We cannot be held responsible for forces of nature which are beyond our control.
- Whilst we will always to our upmost to ensure the hot tub is ready for the check in time of 3pm, this is not guaranteed. In-between each guests it requires a full drain down, clean and refill. As you can appreciate this can be quite a time consuming process and we kindly ask that you bear with us.
- Glasses are not to be used in or near the hot tub. Any evidence regarding the use of glasses near the hot tub will result in a full drain down of the tub to check for glass. This will result in you forfeiting your bond.
- If during your stay you request a visit from our maintenance team regarding the hot tub & this is not warranted, a charge will be levied of £20.00 Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 & £40.00 any other time. This will be deducted from your bond.
- On your departure the hot tub will be checked by our maintenance team. If the hot tub and/or cover is damaged or has been misused in any way, you will forfeit your bond and will be billed for any remaining amount which the bond does not cover. The misuse of the hot tub will be photographed as evidence.
- If you have had the benefit of using the barbecue during your stay, please ensure it is left in the condition found as this is not cleaned by our cleaners ready for the next guests. Failure to do so will result in a reduction of your bond.
- By booking and paying for your holiday you are accepting the terms and conditions listed above. In the case of any dispute our decision is final
Holiday cancellation charges
- Up to 8 weeks from holiday commencement date – deposit only.
- 6-8 weeks from holiday commencement date –deposit plus 25% of total holiday costs.
- 4-6 weeks from holiday commencement date – deposit plus 50% of total holiday costs.
- 3-4 weeks from holiday commencement date – deposit plus 75% of totalholiday costs.
- 0-3 weeks from holiday commencement date – 100% of total holiday costs.
